Now I've installed VirtualBox 4.1.12 on OpenIndiana 151a2.
With the environment variable LD_NODIRECT=1 the installation works.
Here is the changelog.
Skype was still crashing in the previous releases. Lets wait if it is getting
better now. Maybee 512MB memory for XP is too less.

I just have made a start-Script for my VM with the following content:
LD_NODIRECT=1 /opt/VirtualBox/VBoxManage startvm "Windows XP - Skype"
First I attempted to change the VBoxSvc, but than I have to take care for every new installation.
